Job Description
- Lead & develop a new team;
- Manage team resources against skills, workload and availability;
- Provide timely and accurate reporting per agreed reporting schedule;
- Supports team members to achieve performance and quality standards;
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team members as required;
- Contribute to the maintenance and updating of accounting processes and procedure;
- Ensure coordination and communication among logistics, sales and accounting departments;
Requirements
- Bachelor or master university degree;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting field, preferred AP accounting;
- Participating in project management and IT projects development is an advantage;
- Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required, skills of German language would be an advantage;
- Some travel to Germany or Denmark must be expected;
- Strong logical and analytical skills;
- Experienced user of Microsoft office, especially – Excel;
- Knowledge of SAP ERP is an advantage;
