The opportunity to drive excellence, further standardisation as well as automation of Accounts Payable process while leading a team of 10+ dedicated team members. The position is based in Kaunas and will be reporting to Finance Operations manager, closely working with HQ and Head of Accounting.
• Maintain accounting controls by establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies,
principles and procedures;
• Ensure day-to-day accounting operations are performed in time and according accounting
requirements;
• Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial and management reports;
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics (KPI & SLA);
• Drive continuous improvements culture, engage team in CI projects and initiatives;
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, motivate team members;
• Encourage creativity, recognize high performance and reward accomplishments;
• Set clear team goals, delegate tasks and set deadlines, discover training needs and provide coaching;
• Participate in recruitment process, build up effective team to support business continuity;
• Support direct manager and senior management on any other function related activities or reporting;
