About the role
Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing simple-to-medium complexity back-office tasks, while providing administrative support for HR Partners.

Responsibilities:
• Working with large amounts of data related to HR projects taking place in the company;
• Coordinating the recruitment process for specialist-level positions;
• Putting in data and ensuring data quality in HR systems;
• Supporting the recruitment process by facilitating rooms, resources etc. for interviews;
• Other duties as assigned by HR Partners.

Requirements

• University education;
• Strong motivation to play a reporting/administrative support role in big HR projects;
• Very strong skills in MS Excel;
• Flair for numbers;
• Fluent English both verbal and written, preferably evidenced by work/study experience with English as the primary language.
• Analytical and reporting skills.

We offer a 6-month fixed-term contract.
