Currently in office in Kaunas company is looking for After sales Business Development Manager Assistant.


  • In this position you will be working with several interesting projects like external call center set up, digital tools (Chatbot, digital self-service solutions) activation and other after sales development activities. You will secure projects information flow and follow up within Baltic and Northern Europe markets;
  • Coordination of After sales related activities and tasks with the Local/Regional/Global teams;
  • Interaction and collaboration with the local markets within Northern Europe region;
  • Leading the project with the external Service provider (1’st line End customer support): coordinate setting up system/process, content, trainings, including CRM implementation, secure the process creating the monthly forecast on calls and emails per market, prepare activity status, report on Weekly/Monthly basis, track KPI’s and cost development;
  • Prepare and present updates to key stakeholders (regional management team);
  • Actively support other initiatives to Optimize After sales processes and general activity;
  • You will directly report to After sales Manager North Europe based in Lithuania.


  • University degree (or last course student);

  • Speak fluently in English, as English will be your daily communication language;

  • Strong communication skills and ability influence people;

  • Base knowledge and some experience in Project leading and handling (preferred);

  • Base knowledge around Customer service processes (an advantage);

  • Base knowledge on CRM systems and processes data (an advantage);

  • If You are not afraid to work with various digital tools and systems, able to quickly absorb information and adopt to change, willing to help others and enjoy collaborating. You are structured and pay attention to details join our Team!
