What You'll Do
We’re searching for a creative and highly-skilled AI Automation Specialist to lead the development of autonomous AI agents for VAT returns filing, client onboarding, and other repetitive, high-volume business processes.
You’ll build intelligent agents that not only understand workflows, but continuously optimize and adapt to business needs — delivering speed, scale, and compliance across the organization.
Architect and develop AI-powered agents to autonomously:
- Prepare and file VAT returns across multiple jurisdictions
- Orchestrate and streamline client onboarding workflows
- Automate recurring internal operational processes based on business demand
- Integrate with client systems, government portals, and internal workflows using leading low-code/no-code automation platforms
- Map and optimize the end-to-end VAT compliance process: from data extraction to validation and submission
- Continuously improve agent accuracy and reliability based on feedback and changing regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with our tax, tech and sales teams to ensure bulletproof compliance and data security
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience designing and implementing AI-powered automation workflows, preferably in finance, tax, or compliance
- Hands-on expertise with platforms such as N8N, Make.com, Zapier, Wand.ai, SimplAI, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of API integrations, data pipelines, and secure automation
- Strategic thinking: able to translate messy business workflows into structured, automatable logic
- Self-starter with ability to own initiatives end-to-end — from concept through deployment and monitoring
- Familiarity with scripting languages like JavaScript or Python is a strong plus, especially for building custom functions or working with complex APIs
- Comfort working with HTTP requests, authentication headers, and dynamic API workflows is highly valued
- Fluent in English (written & spoken); additional languages are a plus
