AI SOLUTIONS EXPERT (F/M/D)

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the AI Solutions team of the Ignitis Group shared service center, where you’ll be responsible for developing AI solutions that reimagine the way we provide customer support and designing and building systems from the ground up to deliver scalable, secure, and customer-focused solutions. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:  

• Creating artificial intelligence solutions that will transform tomorrow's customer experience and serve all residents and businesses
• Developing solutions that use the most advanced artificial intelligence tools and architectures on the market (e.g., agentic systems, transcription or voice generation tools)
• Developing, enhancing, and deploying automation solutions using artificial intelligence and machine learning methods to analyze data
• Working with large datasets, including both structured and unstructured data
• Monitoring market trends, analyzing artificial intelligence application opportunities, and implementing pilot projects for proposed ideas

• At least 2 years' experience with LLMs and other artificial intelligence solutions, as well as assisting others in utilizing them effectively
• At least 1 year of experience creating large agentic AI systems
• Strong programming skills (e.g., Python) for model development, data analysis, machine learning, and working with GenAI libraries
• At least 1 year of experience developing and applying artificial intelligence solutions in business environments
• Experience with Azure and Vertex AI platforms
• An advantage would be experience developing AI solutions in the field of customer service
