Key accountabilities

• Act as the designated Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO)
• Act as the prime contact on AML/CTF and compliance with relevant regulatory authorities – Bank of Lithuania and FCIS
• Act as the designated person responsible for the implementation of sanctions
• Ensure adherence and compliance with all relevant AML/CTF laws, rules and regulations
• Implement AML policies, controls and procedures (KYC, TM, ODD, EDD, etc.) in daily business activities
• Continuously improve the Company’s policies, procedures and processes in order to comply with all relevant rules and regulations
• AML/CTF and compliance reporting
• Operational risk management knowledge would be an advantage
• Knowledge of data protection regulations would be an advantage
• Reporting directly to the Board

Reikalavimai

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant AML/CTF and (or) compliance experience
• Law, Finance, Business or other relevant higher education
• Strong knowledge of licensed financial institution activities and the regulatory landscape in the EU
• Strong knowledge of relevant AML/CTF and compliance legislation and regulatory requirements in Lithuania
• Experience working with corporate customers would be an advantage
• Good communication skills
• High ethical standards, responsibility and commitment
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Industry recognized AML/CTF and (or) compliance related qualification preferred (e.g. ACAMS/ICA, etc.)
• Lithuanian and English language proficiency
• Less experienced candidates with great ambition and motivation to learn are also welcome
