Maintain and update customer master data.
Process incoming payments and allocate cash by processing electronic bank statements.
Perform credit control activities, including dunning procedures and write-offs.
Maintain customer accounts and support month-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
Monitor and achieve Accounts Receivable performance and quality targets.
Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
Support and mentor junior team members when needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Europe.

Reikalavimai

Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Around 1–2 years of experience in Accounting, preferably within Accounts Receivable.
Previous experience working in an international or shared services environment.
Good understanding of end-to-end Finance and Accounting processes.
Experience working with SAP and strong Excel skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work with international stakeholders.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
