Job Description

• Ensure a high quality of internal finance help desk in line with agreed service level
• Perform day-to-day service desk procedures according to process flow, timeline, service and quality requirements
• Act as the first point of contact for internal customers
• Manage incoming queries/tickets and take care of escalation when needed
• Request support for process specialists in resolving complex queries
• Act as service desk for systems and tools related questions
• Secure the self-service functionality
• Gather information about customers’ feedback and development ideas
• Participate in service desk and self-service portal development and SSC development projects when requested
• Perform clerical day-to-day tasks in AR procedures when not busy in help desk
• Other tasks requested by Team leader


• Practical experience in service desk work
• Educational background in accounting / economics
• Working experience in SSC environment is an asset
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team and service desk environment towards internal customers
• Strong customer driven focus
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Professional approach to work
• Basic understanding of accounting process
• Excellent language skills both written and spoken in English and German (French would be an advantage)
