Role Responsibilities

Analyze digital transactions to make sure that no fraudulent activity is involved.
Communicate with Western Union customers to verify details regarding specific money transfers when needed, as well as support our customers with their identity verification, ensuring that Compliance regulations are met.
Assess and resolve complex cases, determining when to escalate a case or proceed with standard transaction and customer profile verification procedures.
Work independently on complex investigations and contribute to process improvements that drive operational excellence
Identify trends, emerging risks, and process gaps, escalating observations and recommendations to relevant stakeholders
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and projects supporting professional and personal growth.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in fraud prevention, risk operations, compliance, customer support, digital review, or a similar analytical role.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Proven strong communication skills.
Customer and results oriented mindset.
Experience participating in projects and process improvement initiatives.
Analytical thinking, independent decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work rotating shifts (the team operates between 06:00 and 00:00).
