Associate - Relationship Management (French speaker)

Job Description

The Associate, Relationship Management works closely with experienced Relationship Managers to increase mandates and revenue in assigned regions and lines of business across the EMEA region.

Support portfolios of new and existing customers across the EMEA region, providing crucial sales support to ensure premium customer service delivery
Prepare materials for customer meetings and support with meeting follow-ups; complete sales process administration in Salesforce
Conduct research and market intelligence to support business development activities
Support promotion of Moody's offerings and thought leadership in the sustainable finance market and other evolving risk areas
Provide event and conference support and assist with marketing initiatives and outreach
Engage directly with customers and work closely with key internal stakeholders including Middle Office, Legal, Compliance, Sales Operations, and Billing and Collections teams
Actively contribute to special projects and ad hoc initiatives and campaigns
Support and train other team members and new joiners

Requirements

Team player with ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
Highly motivated and keen to take ownership
Fluent English is required, alongside advanced French language skills at C1 to C2 level; additional Western European language capabilities are highly valued
Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
Minimum of undergraduate or first level degree, or equivalent
