The opportunity

As an Audit Specialist, you will assist in various audit engagements in different industry sectors. As you build your finance & audit knowledge and experience, you will become a credible auditor, influencing clients and engagement teams on resolutions that will impact entire industries. Apply if you are a last year student and do not have lectures, a graduate or already have work experience.

• Develop an understanding of the audit client’s business.
• Interact with the clients to collect all the necessary data and information, set-up and maintain audit files, etc.
• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of assurance engagements.
• Clearly and accurately document the execution of audit procedures as defined by the engagement objectives, and planned audit approach.
• Data and information analysis while working on various audit projects.

Skills and attributes for success:

• Drive to gain deep understanding of finance & accounting, business management (some previous experience would be an advantage), motivation and willingness to grow as an expert in audit field.
• Proper mix of strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong academic record including a university degree or being last year student in economics / finance / accounting or any other related area.
• Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
• Ability to work full time.
