B2B CUSTOMER SERVICE & ORDER MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Our client is a global company providing technical components and supply chain solutions. Its central Sales & Customer Service team is based in Lithuania and supports B2B customers across different international markets. We are looking for a motivated B2B Customer Service & Order Management Specialist to join the Kaunas team.

• Manage customer orders - enter, check, update and follow up on orders.
• Communicate with customers and Sales regarding product availability, delivery dates, returns and other order-related matters.
• Work with data and reports using MS Excel.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics and other teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Gradually take on more responsibility and learn how international business works.

No extensive experience required - motivation and willingness to learn matter most.

• Confident Lithuanian and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Organized, responsible and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable managing several tasks at once.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Confident computer skills and MS Excel knowledge.
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn.

Experience in customer service, B2B sales or administration is an advantage, but not required. Full training and support will be provided.
