Job Description

As a sports leader, you will be responsible for the development of your sport - conquering the market share and attracting more people to start practicing basketball. You will prepare your sport project in which you will define your strategies that will lead you to reach this goal.

• ensuring the customers' satisfaction in Decathlon Vilnius store through exemplary customer service, availability of products and clear layout;
• highlighting the benefits of products of basketball sport both online and in the store;
• sharing your sports passion with the users in face-to-face and online contact;
• developing your business using all the available tools and methods.

Requirements

• Are passionate about basketball and practice this sports regularly, who knows the market trends and - local sports communities;


• has retail / sales / customer service / experience preferably;


• are proactive: takes initiatives and actions without even being asked;


• has the ability to motivate and unite people around common goal;


• are an entrepreneur - likes numbers and are result oriented;


• speaks English on a good level (the CV and application should be in English; the interview will also be conducted by an English-speaking person).
