Betsafe Baltics is looking for a commercially experienced and passionate Casino Manager to join the team in Tallinn. The function of the Casino Manager is to be responsible for most operational and commercial aspects of the Betsafe Baltics Casino and will be a key member of the commercial team. THE ROLE As the Casino Manager you’ll have the ownership of the casino product; develop, optimize and oversee the casino products according to the strategy and objectives; develop and oversee casino promotions and campaigns to optimize the products’ commercial performance with focus on maximizing revenues across all three Baltic States.You will have years of experience working with casino and online gambling or you have developed an outstanding understanding of the online casino business, casino customer insight, competitive and casino product landscape and casino promotion. You know how to drive casino product marketing and proposition. You know which lever to pull to work certain KPIs upwards.This is a role for a heavy-weight online casino professional that includes both Product and Marketing and requires a Commercial thinker and doer!You understand how large companies operate internally. You are no stranger to collaborating with other functions within a business team, product development and central teams.

• Experience in Casino and Online Gambling industry
• Deep understanding of the casino and live casino product and its development process
• Excellent understanding of the casino ecosystem, customers and their needs
• Excellent communication, organizational, teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Data- driven and detail- orientated with good analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluency in English
• Self-starter, organized, innovative, solution-oriented thinker & doer who is not afraid of pushing boundaries to deliver the best.
• Excellent computer skills
