Your future role

• Processing and verifying invoices received from suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and tax regulations of different countries.
• Communicating effectively with suppliers and vendors to resolve any issues related to invoicing and timely payments.
• Preparing and issuing sales invoices to both internal and external clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required information.
• Reviewing submitted expense reports to ensure they comply with company policies and guidelines.
• Coordinating with various departments to ensure proper authorisation and supporting documentation.
• Performing other recurring monthly accounting tasks.

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in the accounting field.
• Solid understanding of accounts payable (AP) processes. Familiarity with VAT requirements.
• Ability to communicate professionally in English with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively.
• A positive, proactive, and open-minded approach, with the ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
