Business Analyst for automation in HR area

Right now, we are looking for a Business Analyst to work with Robotic Process Automation and Continuous Improvements within the Human Resources area. My name is Povilas Čiuplys and I am leading the global Employee Experience team.

Your next challenge?
We`re a seven-people team, formed just more than 6 months ago, but already have a strong footprint with first RPA processes up and running, launched chatbot that covers 6 countries. We`re also forerunners in driving change management & communication by putting end-users and our employees into focus.

Now we`re challenging ourselves to scale up automation and create the best online support for all Telia markets within HR area. Sounds exciting? Your role would be to create a common ground for process owners and developers, drive new, more modern ways for automation and contribute to the team, that has the most exciting goals in all HR area! You would start with reviewing existing workflows to identify potential candidates (processes & tasks) for automation.

Who are you?
Have a background in improving end to end processes? Experienced in Robotic Process Automation? Enjoy managing stakeholders and connecting dots? Comfortable working in an international environment and fluent in English? Yes? Good!

Your Experience:
· Creating, improving and maintaining business processes
· Working as Business Analyst with process automation
· Working in Agile based environment
· Knowledge of Blueprism would be advantage
