Business analyst in Credit and Risk solutions

Job description:
Development and enhancement of IT solutions to support the lending process and manage credit risks. We are working in cross-site agile teams together with our colleagues from other countries. Currently our department consists of more than 120 colleagues in Lithuania, Denmark and India.

• Develop and maintain an understanding of:
- the organization's strategic direction
- how the organization function to accomplish their business objectives
- the current state of the organization
• Plan and perform business analysis by:
- analyzing and synthesizing information provided by a large number of stakeholders, such as customers, the business areas, legal, IT professionals and executives
- eliciting the actual needs of stakeholders, not simply their expressed desires
- analyzing and challenging business needs and requirements
- defining solution scope and requirements that meet business needs, goals, or objectives
- aligning the needs of business units with the capabilities delivered by information technology, and serve as a "translator" among the business units and the IT professionals
• Additionally responsibilities:
- Plan and perform organizational implementation activities
- Plan and perform user experience activities
- Document and analyze relevant business processes to identify the potential for future business process optimization
- Participate in planning and execution of review and test activities


• Min 2-3 years of experience as business analyst in software development organization
• Able to gain new business knowledge
