Your responsibilities:

Travel arrangement coordination:

  • Booking flights and accommodation
  • Preparation of trip documents (travel itinerary, visa application, A1 certificate, event entry tickets)

Expense Administration:

  • Upload receipts and related documents to the system
  • Fill in required information and submit for expense claims

Requirements

  • Strong English language skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Structured and organised
  • Good MS365 office knowledge
  • Proactive attitude
  • Orientation to quality and details
