Right now, we are looking for Business Data Analyst in our data analytics team who would strengthen TELIA capability to understand and serve our customers even better. I am Svajūnas Gaina and I am leading our Analytics and Data Visualization team as we are a part of Data management and analytics unit. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team.

If you want to be a key player in the forefront of establishing our capacity to become data driven organization and work with one of the most innovative organization in Lithuania, you are perfect for my team. You will initiate and drive mapping our information model, actively participate in our organizational transformation, roam through our system landscape and enable us to understand the value we hold – and you will be a key player in accelerating how we grow and retain our customers. You will be fully dedicated to one of our biggest and most ambitious projects. But fear not, you will not be alone, our whole team will always be there to support and consult.
Our team mainly based in Vilnius has the overall responsibility for providing organization with a variety of analytics and analytical products, data management, customer retention activities and active organizational support on reporting and analytics. In this team of 8, your contribution will be central and you will have a great opportunity to influence the work that our team and organization is doing.

• Advanced SQL
• Preparing dashboards with tools such as Tableau, Qlik Sense
• Hold numerically minded degree: IT, Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics (with high quantitative modules proportion)
• Understanding of our industry

Working in this position you will work with external contract (as a contractor or through our partners). Your monthly salary would be in the range of 1900 – 2800 Eur (gross). Besides that you would get:
