Business Development Executive

Job description
Baltic Assist has extensively grown within the last few years and to keep the growth rates higher, the company is searching for a sharp, professional and enthusiastic business development executive.

As a business development executive, you will report directly to the CEO and will be talking with Scandinavia's most prominent global brands, that would like to take advantage of Lithuania as a business location.

Your job will consist of working with the latest AI sales systems for lead generation and participating in the full sales cycle virtually and by travel. You will be mostly talking with C-Level executives from the hottest Scandinavian established startups and corporations.

Developing and executing sales strategy
Cold calling and sales using the latest sales tools
Working on company's marketing tasks
Building relationship with C-Level executives.

Requirements:
1+ years of experience, with sales/relationship management
Great communication skills
Capability to manage full sales cycle
Excellent English skills (verbal & written).
