Business Development Manager (IT Staffing-remote)

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager specializing in IT Staffing. Based in Vilnius, with flexibility for some remote work, the role involves driving business growth through new business development, lead generation, and account management. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying staffing opportunities, and crafting tailored solutions for their IT talent needs. Collaborating with internal teams, you will support seamless service delivery and the achievement of company targets.

• Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Experience in Account Management and nurturing client relationships
• Strong Sales and Business Development expertise
• Ability to develop tailored IT staffing solutions and meet client needs
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with the IT industry or technical recruitment processes is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
