BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - TRANSPORTATION

Hegelmann Group is expanding and looking for a business development manager for USA market. If you are motivated, have experience in transportation industry and looking to make an immediate impact within our company, this position is for you. • Active search for new customers and carriers, build client base for USA market
• Timely prepare rates and quotes for customers and careers, conduct negotiations
• Manage commercial offers, prepare and submit to clients
• Manage customers daily shipping needs
• Maintain communication with customer and carrier to ensure seamless load flow from pickup to delivery
• Provide support and solutions to customers and carriers with any problems that may arise
• Maintain transportation documentation
• USA market analysis, initiation of development projects
• Team building

• 2-3 years business development experience in transport industry working with USA market
• Excellent knowledge of English (oral and written)
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Existing book of carriers/clients is an advantage
• Result-driven, ability to manage stressful situations, must be able to work within dynamic, fast changing marketplace
