Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Business development manager who is willing to accept the challenge to expand sales in Lithuania, search for new B2B channels and help grow the local team.

Job responsibilities:

  • Search of new connections with potential customers in Lithuania;
  • Organize presentations;
  • Develop new sales channels;
  • Contract negotiation with customers;
  • Build successful B2C and B2B sales teams;
  • Monitor sales results and prepare reports.


  • A minimum of 5 year experience in B2B sales (knowledge of B2C sales would be an advantage);
  • Proven success in achieving sales goals and building strong customer relationships;
  • High level of communication skills;
  • Team management experience;
  • Hands-on mindset;
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
