Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Business development manager who is willing to accept the challenge to expand sales in Lithuania, search for new B2B channels and help grow the local team.
Job responsibilities:
- Search of new connections with potential customers in Lithuania;
- Organize presentations;
- Develop new sales channels;
- Contract negotiation with customers;
- Build successful B2C and B2B sales teams;
- Monitor sales results and prepare reports.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 year experience in B2B sales (knowledge of B2C sales would be an advantage);
- Proven success in achieving sales goals and building strong customer relationships;
- High level of communication skills;
- Team management experience;
- Hands-on mindset;
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
