Business Intelligence Analyst

Kilo Health Payments Team is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst with a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills.Do you have excellent business judgment and critical thinking, and always pay close attention to details? Do you have a strong sense of curiosity, a desire to learn, and want to be part of a fast moving digital wellness industry? Do you have 2+ years of experience in quantitative analysis and do you have SQL basics figured out? Bonus points if you have a university degree in mathematics or statistics. Even more bonus points for experience working with Looker, Tableau, or other BI tools.We run modern data infrastructure (BigQuery/Looker/Fivetran) which will enable you to reach your full potential. You’ll be reporting to the Head of Payments.

Get ready to

• Develop and maintain performance reports typically used in e-commerce and payments analytics
• Investigate data to detect anomalies in user behavior
• Provide insights how to improve key business metrics by properly documenting findings, impact and key actions required for improvement
• Merge several data sources for better insights, either in manual or automated ways
• Collaborate with Data and DevOps teams to improve data collection and quality  
• Provide support for the team for ad-hoc reporting

We Expect You to

• Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret complex business data
• Curiosity and a highly collaborative work style
• Interest in e-commerce and the technology that drives it
• High level of numeracy and computer literacy – including strong Excel skills and database knowledge
• Good written English knowledge
• Basic SQL knowledge is beneficial
• Experience with Looker or other similar BI tools
• Being comfortable with business metrics
• Experience working with risk is a plus
