• Act as the key link between the company and local partners.
• Build and grow strong, long-term partnerships.

• Support product lifecycle management, launches, and promotional activities.

• Drive synergies across the Baltic markets and the wider EEI region.
Requirements
What we're looking for:
• 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in commercial roles, including 3+ years in a senior position with business development responsibility.
• Experience across multiple therapeutic areas (Contraception, Fertility, Migraine, Respiratory, Dermatology, Pain, Cardiovascular, Bone, Neurology) and working with external partners.
• Data driven approach and strong understanding of business dynamics; experience across Baltic markets would be a strong advantage.
• Fluent in at least one Baltic language (LT/LV/EE) and comfortable working in English.
• Strategic and proactive personality, ability to take ownership and drive results independently.
