We are looking for a Business Process Improvement Expert to our Business Process Team.
I am Gintarė Grigaitė and I am leading Business Process Team that improve tools and conditions for Telia employees to deliver best experience for our business to business customers. We are a great bunch of people with different backgrounds and common goal. Your next challenge?
Right now, we offer opportunity to try-out your experience of implementing core B2B processes (sell, deliver, support, bill) to CRM and Billing systems. You would have a super exciting chance to enable simple and joyful customer journey.
Our strategic BSS transformation project aims to minimize manual work, empower customers with employees and expand customer experience to continue omni-channel. You would work closely with B2B Commerce & Product development department as well as with other stakeholders to understand B2B services specifics and ensure expected benefit from new CRM system. Business and IT delivery teams would be your co-workers that would join you in turning business requirements to become real.
Who are you?
You have passion for creating a better automated reality. When you describe you vision and how to make it happen – people trust you and desire to participate. Moreover, you dare to bring inconvenient topics to top management and enjoy when this performance creates positive results for customers, employees and projects.
To fit the bill, you have worked as Business Analyst, Change Manager or Business Process Manager and have a good understanding of how business processes are implemented in CRM and Billing systems. B2B customer serving experience is an advantage of yours as well as telecommunication background.
You have skills in business processes modeling and are aware of how it can help you in solution building. Dealing with different techniques for business requirements elicitation, management, prioritization and solution validation is well known to you as well.
