You’ll join our team, which is focused on scaling the business and driving real results. You’ll have real autonomy, solid infrastructure, and expert teams to work with. If you want to think like an owner and make a visible impact, this role offers exactly that.

We’re looking for a commercially minded, growth-focused person to take full ownership of one of our projects.

This is not a support role. You will be responsible for the business performance of your area end to end - from strategy and development to revenue growth. You’ll work closely with our SEO, PPC, YouTube, Affiliate, Sales, CRO, BI, and Product teams to drive results.

  • Own the revenue and growth targets for your project
  • Set the direction and build the roadmap for growth
  • Lead project development from idea to execution and scale
  • Test new ideas quickly, stop what is not working, and invest more in what is
  • Identify new market opportunities, distribution channels, and strategic partnerships
  • Balance short-term wins with long-term development
  • Build and improve the revenue strategy across channels, with a strong focus on conversion, funnel performance, and monetisation
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to keep execution aligned with growth goals

Reikalavimai

  • Experience owning a revenue target or leading a business area, vertical, or project
  • A strong commercial mindset and clear focus on growth
  • Ability to think strategically and also get into the details when needed
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as SEO, PPC, CRO, Affiliate, or similar
  • Comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving environment, even when not everything is clear yet
  • Strong analytical skills and a practical, data-driven approach

Privalumai

  • Experience in comparison sites or digital publishing is a plus
  • Experience in health or finance sectors is a plus
