o information sourcing and conflict resolution skills

o natural desire for perfectionism and accuracy
o good command of Lithuanian and English languages
o experience in insurance field is preferable
o knowledge of Russian language is preferable
Requirements
o administer and resolve all clients inquiries
o timely checking of the initial information provided by clients
o providing information to clients regarding services and products
o managing the movement and processing of record-keeping documents
