The role will involve effective both customer and internal complaints (CAPAs) investigation and documentation following established procedures as part of a team.
The job will involve a variety of tasks, including define, trace, close out corrective actions and assess their effectiveness, and also communication with other departments within the company in order to determine root causes and to plan corrections and corrective/preventive actions.
