Job Description

We're hiring car washers to work on our late shift in Vilnius.

UpSteam is a platform specializing in mobile car washing services. We bring the service to our customer's doorstep, saving them hours of time. We perform vehicle transportation, car washing, refuelling & light maintenance services. UpSteam Workers are independent contractors who are also responsible for the quality of their work.

HOW DOES THE JOB LOOK LIKE?

• The shift starts between 8 PM - 10 PM. You can work until 6 AM, or until all the dirty cars run out.
• You will see all your shift details in your Washer App.
• No personal car is needed. You can start your shift by navigating the first dirty car near your home.
• Drive the dirty car to one of our carwash places.
• Perform interior & exterior washing.
• Locate the next dirty car in your app.
• Repeat. 

Requirements

UpSteam welcomes to its team all women and men over the age of 21 who:

• Are punctual, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
• Have a valid EU / Lithuanian driver's license (B-category)
• Basic English OR Lithuanian language skills so that our support team could assist you when necessary.
• Have 2+ years of driving experience.

NB: You DON'T NEED A PERSONAL CAR to work our night shift.

NB: We don't offer work permits or accommodation. Only people who currently are physically living in Vilnius residents can apply.

Company offers

• The more you work, the more you earn: Beginners earn from 6.5€/h and up (160 h = 1 040 € ) and up for each work-minute spent on washing the cars and transporting the customer's vehicles. The more time you've worked with UpSteam, the higher your hourly rate gets (experienced Workers make ~25% more). Earn extra bonuses for good quality + working more hours.


• Flexible work schedule: Work full-time or part-time. You choose your working days and shift lengths every month. The minimum requirement is 12 shifts per month, but there is no upper limit.


• No personal costs: You don't need to buy any licenses, or working tools or use a personal car to do this job. Everything is provided from our end.


• Free training and gear: No previous work experience is required. All candidates will undergo professional training, during which we will teach you everything you need to know about the art of carwashing.
