Job Description

  • establishment of a company (registration, formation);
  • participation in the development of corporate strategy, strategy implementation;
  • maintaining a good knowledge of the market and industry of the company;
  • setting up an accounting and reporting system;
  • aligning budget structure with head office requirements, monitoring of compliance with laws and regulations;
  • setting up and overseeing day-to-day operations of the company (including logistics, customs and warehousing);
  • reporting to the executives of the head office;
  • introducing administration function: staffing, hiring, partner search, etc.


Essential Skills and Experience:

  • experience working in a relevant or similar role;
  • knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting;
  • general experience of logistics process (import operations, customs, outsourced warehousing and transportation within EU);
  • understanding of the European system for calculating and paying VAT when trading in several countries;
  • availability to travel and have occasional business trips;
  • excellent interpersonal and leadership skills;
  • good English language skills (both written and spoken).

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • experience working with Amazon;
  • experience with import/export operations (interaction with customs authorities);
  • experience with Intrastat reporting;
  • good knowledge of online trading processes;
  • good Russian language skills (both written and spoken)
