· Proactivity and Growth Mindset: A self-driven interest to learn and improve, able to initiate tasks, and deliver results.
· Data-Savviness and Data Curiosity: A keen interest in exploring and understanding data to derive actionable insights. Familiarity and comfort with tools like Excel, Power BI, or equivalent analytical tools to analyse and interpret data.
