CFO

To support our current growth, as well as drive our future growth, we are now looking for a strong Chief financial officer.

As a Chief financial officer, you must be able to inspire your colleagues as well as gather and coordinate knowledge and ideas from the rest of the team.

• Leading a team consisting of 6 people in our two companies Balticsofa and BS Classic and manage work in the financial department.
• CFO will be keyholder of the implementation of a new ERP system during 2021 - 2022
• CFO is member of the top-management team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assurance, analysis, control, and performing of accounting.
• Development and implementation of company processes.
• Management consulting.
• Heading the department, division of labour and successful organization of group accounting.
• Contact to banks and insurance companies
• Cash flow analysis, budgeting, execution control, cooperation with auditors.
• Reporting to board and others
• Participation in board meetings, decision making
• Preparation of financial statements
• Management of taxation

• At least 5 years of experience as a financial manager in the manufacturing sector.
• Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian legal framework.
• Excellent English both written and oral.
• Good working skills in MC Excel program.
• Thoroughness and attention to detail.
