Job Description

Job Type: To coordinate changes within organisation by using established project management methodology and IT systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Change Control process for organisation-wide changes.
  • Participate in Change Control projects for timely and effective implementation.
  • Coordinate with departments and sites for change control activities.
  • Verify project implementation compliance with internal procedures.
  • Conduct training on Change Control process.
  • Organise project meetings and prepare minutes.

Essential Skills

  • Higher education.
  • Strong English documentation skills.
  • Fluent in Lithuanian.

Desirable Skills

  • Basic knowledge in project coordination and quality management.
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems.
  • Proactive and team-oriented.
  • Effective communication skills.
