Job Description

• perform financial analysis and be responsible for the full accounting cycle and reporting to management as needed;


• perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries;


• coordinate with the finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines;


• generate financial reports and statements;


• analyse financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions;


• respond to accounting inquiries from management and company employees in a timely manner;


• provide guidance and support to the Accounting team;


• assist in budget preparation and expense management activities;


• assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documents;


• monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations;


• coordinate adherence to the international accounting standards;


• review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures.

Requirements

• at least 3 years relevant experience in financial accounting or IT companies;


• in-depth knowledge of Lithuanian accounting standards; laws, regulations, taxes, familiarity with international accounting standards;


• good spoken and written English skills;


• good Google Products skills.
