Main objective

SCHNEIDER GROUP is a professional advisory firm with extensive international and local experience, providing services to Western companies across 13 countries in Europe-Central Asia-Caucasus. Our expertise includes business setup, back-office support, market entry, accounting, tax, payroll outsourcing, transfer pricing, and IT (1C/ERP) consulting.

With the establishment of newly opened Lithuanian office, SCHNEIDER GROUP is looking for proactive and highly motivated Professional with strong accounting and tax experience to lead and develop our office in Lithuania, Vilnius with a primary focus on generating new business.

Reports to

Partner of SCHNEIDER GROUP

Key priorities

• Management of company’s activities, in alignment with Partner of SCHNEIDER GROUP
• Assisting Key Clients with Financial & Tax reporting
• Coordination of workflow and ensuring the Company operationality
• Establishing contacts and attracting potential clients in all areas of activities of the company
• Presenting company's interests at different business events and effective external promotion on the Lithuanian market

• Achieving a precise vision of market position

Requirements

Additional attributes

• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German will be considered an asset
• University degree or advanced degree (Finance /Accounting)
• At least 5 years of experience in the areas of Accounting & Tax
• Deep knowledge of Lithuanian legislation
• Strong background in consulting / professional services / business development
• Multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service, client relations and people management skills
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity
