Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead Yukon Group’s financial transformation. This is not just a reporting role—it is about building excellence across all financial dimensions: from budgeting and forecasting to controllership, international compliance, tax optimization, and systems implementation.

As CFO, you will drive the professionalization of financial operations, implement international best practices (including IFRS), and oversee the rollout of a modern ERP system to enable data-driven decision-making across the Group.

  • Develop and implement the financial strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the group
  • Prepare consolidated financial reports and ensure compliance with IFRS and local standards
  • Control expenses, analyze profitability and margins, participate in cost management and pricing decisions
  • Oversee liquidity, cash flow, investments, and credit lines
  • Design and monitor annual and monthly budgets for group companies
  • Generate monthly and yearly financial statements, conduct variance and root cause analysis
  • Define and update methodologies for financial KPIs (KPI, ROI, P&L, etc.)
  • Organize internal and external audits, ensure data transparency and reliability
  • Lead tax planning and manage relationships with auditors, banks, and financial institutions
  • Manage OPEX and CAPEX: monitor investment and operational expenditures, evaluate ROI
  • Implement and improve ERP and BI tools, drive financial digitalization
  • Oversee financing of company operations and the efficient use of free cash resources
  • Supervise preparation and execution of managerial reporting, including group-level consolidation
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external legal requirements
  • Lead and develop the finance team: accounting, controlling, planning functions
  • Ensure compliance with internal regulations and international financial 

Requirements

  • Higher education in finance, economics, or business administration
  • Over 5 years of experience in managing financial functions, including 3+ years in a CFO or senior finance leadership role
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing, export-oriented or product-based company is essential
  • Excellent knowledge of managerial and financial accounting, budgeting, taxation, and financial analysis
  • Strong background in developing and optimizing financial processes within international structures
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, BI tools, and Excel
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing finance: cost accounting, variance analysis, OPEX/CAPEX management
  • Strong leadership and people management skills: team building, coaching, and change management
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher; basic Russian
