Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Today we are looking for a full-time Chief Operating Officer (COO) to work in our office in Vilnius, Lithuania.

We offer a competitive salary and an option for equity (0.5% – 2%) depending on achieved results.

This role will give you the opportunity to grow both individually and professionally. You will be working internationally alongside our teams of experts, scientists, entrepreneurs but mostly dog lovers that want the best for their dogs.

The COO will be responsible for assuring Rocketo’s day-to-day operations are overseen and adhered to. This will include supply chain and product manufacturing, logistics, delivery and cost minimization. You will be working closely with the business development and marketing teams to ensure the sustainable growth and scaling of Rocketo.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and implement day-to-day procedures to minimize costs and maximize business growth metrics;
• Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision;
• Oversee daily operations, plan and forecast business results;
• Implement KPIs and performance metrics to assure sustainable growth and business operations;
• Ability to create, update, and maintain training documents;
• Create reports for the management;
• Take the lead in expansion activities;
• Maintain relationships with partners and vendors.

• Previous working experience as COO in international companies;
• In-depth knowledge of different business functions such as Production,Supply-chain management, HR, Finance etc;
• Hands-on experience in strategic planning and business development;
• Good knowledge of data analysis and business development KPIs;
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills;
• Great communication and presentation skills;
• Be able to contribute and work closely with Marketing and Business Development Leads;
• Problem-solving mindset;
• Goal orientated and focused.
