We Expect You To

• Have fluent English both written and spoken
• Have previous experience with disputes, chargebacks management, Customer Service (email support, Zendesk, Shipmonk)
• Have perfect time management skills (we offer a remote position) & ability to handle multiple projects at once
• Have knowledge/ interest in the digital health & wellness industry (it’s a plus!)
• Have common sense
• Be a team player and love helping people
• Never kill the vibe
