Client Services, Assistant Vice President

You will engage with Citco’s largest client to actively manage delivery of their change agenda.

You will be responsible for logging new change requests as they arise, applying the appropriate project management framework to these requests and managing them through to completion both internally and with the client.

You will collaborate across teams within Citco and at the client to deliver strategic, holistic solutions.

You will provide management reporting both to internal and client stakeholders.

You will support the joint governance structure between Citco and its client as it relates to the client’s change agenda.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining communication with clients' service providers and vendors.
• Develop understanding of clients' fund structures and investment strategies.
• Coordinate setting up Service Level Agreement and collaborate with various departments to draft the KPI reports.
• Support client onboarding processes.
• Assist in creating Client Service decks for new client pitches.
• Maintain knowledge of Citco's full-service offering.
• Help coordinate client communications regarding Citco's developments and system enhancements.
• Assist in resolving client queries, service issues, and identify vulnerabilities in the services/operations

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• You are proactive, highly organized and have exceptional communication skills.
• You have experience working with large, complex client relationships.
• You are a strong, independent, critical thinker.
• You understand proper project governance and have experience with creating project plans, mapping stakeholders, identifying risks, issues and dependencies and pulling people together to execute on a common goal.
• You are positive, accountable, and demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset.

• Salary Ranges3300 - 4500 EUR GROSS
