You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Managing the facilitation of financial aid applications, including their review and the subsequent funding process
- Identifying facilitation process development needs and opportunities for increased efficiency
- Assessing and appraising applications
- Providing comprehensive consultations to applicants, addressing inquiries related to both application status and process
- Updating and maintaining accurate data regarding application status and documentation
- Managing the creation and maintenance of all data collection forms
- Collaborating with legal, IT and finance teams to implement needed changes in legislative documentation
- Offering guidance to Community managers from all Ignitis Renewables offices on financial support applications
- Assisting with engagement activities and collaborate with local communities.
Qualifications
- University degree
- Experience in document management, process coordination or similar experience
- Experience in financial support granting process management and/or creation, as well as, in working with external and/or internal legal acts (advantageous)
- Strong written and oral communication skills in both Lithuanian and English languages
- Effective problem-solving and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Proficient user of MS Office package
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a variety of people and personalities inside and outside the organization.
