Job Description

Your main responsibilities will be in the following areas:

• AML, KYC and compliance with sanctions – performing and helping with KYC and AML procedures, updating databases, monitoring internal control procedures, providing advice and support in AML and sanction issues, advising on appropriate action;
• Quality Management System – updating and developing the quality system, collecting and systematizing feedback, arranging and participating in internal and external audits, implementing and communicating changes in the organisation, delivering training to colleagues;
• Risk Management – performing risk assessments of business operations, supporting the risk management system, advising on possible risk management solutions and action;
• Project Management – leading projects within Compliance and Quality areas, driving, monitoring and reporting on relevant projects;

Requirements

• Knowledge in compliance area (AML, KYC, Sanctions);


• Ability to work independently;


• An eye for detail, good analytical and problem-solving skills;


• Good English language skills;


• A relevant university degree preferably in law, business administration or finance (advantage);


• An understanding of the relevant regulatory landscape (a strong plus-factor).
