My name is Mari Hedenstam and I am leading Common Master Data Services team in Finland, Estonia, Lithuania, and Sweden. Our head office is located in Sweden, Stockholm and we have offices located in 6 countries in Baltics and Nordics.
We have an opportunity for a People Specialist with a focus on contingent workforce area, who thrive on working in a global environment and has a previous experience within a similar type of role to join the team!
Your next challenge?
You will be developing the lifecycle management of contingent workers and work on increasing efficiency of operations and processes in contingent worker area together with your colleagues. You will also provide guidance to our managers and contingent workers on HR processes across Telia countries as well as execute HR administrative tasks with a focus on contingent worker area.
More detailed responsibilities include:
Supporting and driving process development tasks
Consulting, advising and training managers on contingent worker life-cycle process
Maintaining, correcting and being responsible for contingent workers data
Proactively guiding and supporting managers regarding improvements made in master data area
Completing mass data uploads
Processing and maintaining periodic reports on contingent workers data
Executing data quality activities (e.g. monitoring through reports, identifying root causes to data quality issues, performing data cleansing)
Providing support with specific cases and questions via support tool
Who are you?
The role requires pedantic way of working with ability to adapt to the changes in a technical environment and work routines. Understanding the data flows and implications of the master data in other systems via integrations is beneficial.

Working in this position you will receive a monthly base salary 1650 - 2050 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
