Get ready to

Research products, audiences, and competitors (internal & external sources)
Write conversion-focused copy (claims, product descriptions, landing text)
Prepare new ad copy creatives for performance marketing campaigns
Analyze existing messaging and suggest improvements
Work closely with a senior conversion copywriter and UX/UI team
Turn insights into clear, persuasive, profit-driven communication

Requirements

Have some experience writing (e.g., ads, posts, product descriptions, etc.)
Be comfortable writing clear, persuasive English copy
Have strong attention to detail and structured thinking
Be curious about what makes people click, buy, and convert
Be able to research and turn information into compelling messaging
Be motivated to work in a performance-driven, profit-oriented environment

Company offers

Salary €865–€1,153 gross per month depending on workload (0.75–1.0 FTE)
Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
