Candidate's Profile:
We hire from Head Chef to Demi Chef de Partie
A professional with diploma and minimum 2 years' experience in quality restaurants/hotels
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Ideally speaks fluent English and/or German
Has passed a solid training & has a proven track record as a Chef
Someone with a desire and passion to cook with fresh quality ingredients from local producers
Someone who is always willing to push culinary boundaries
