• Provide Heads of the Department with monthly financial data in order to allow them to analyse their performance and run their departments profitably.
• Create the Daily Food Flash report and follow up on food cost by outlet
• Verify inter-outlet transfers on a daily basis to ensure that proper postings are correct at the end of the month.
• Assist in creating and adjusting menus, pricing and recipes Micros POS or similar POS system.
• To carry out surprise checks of F&B Outlets, Golf Club and Health Club areas
• Administer monthly inventory process.
• Ensure cost control systems and procedures are developed and maintained to support an accurate audit control.
Requirements
• Excellent organizational skills, able to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Familiar with software that is used in restaurants and hotels (Micros POS, MC or similar)
• Excellent numerical skills
• Organized, methodical and logical thinking
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written English and Lithuanian skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with advanced skills in Excel
Experience in Hospitality industry is a plus, not mandatory.
