Cost Engineer

Currently we are looking for Cost Engineer who will report to Passenger Vehicle Product BU Costing Manager and will be responsible for establishing cost for new business by evaluating product manufacturing, labor, SG&A, purchase components, and fixed overhead in costing models.

About the job:

• Evaluate and establish costs for new business using cross-functional data input
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure model input accuracy
• Administer cost databases and report monthly costing activities, status and turnaround time
• Document costing process changes and product details relevant to costing differentiation
• Build relationships with product engineering, sales, manufacturing and purchasing to gather costing inputs

• University degree
• 2 - 5 years of experience similar work experience
• Strong financial acumen
• Advanced problem-solving skills
• High level of verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Very good English skills

• Salary from 2000 eur/mon. gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate
