Job Description

We are looking for a CRM & Loyalty Team Lead to drive customer engagement strategies and lead CRM initiatives connected to our mobile loyalty platform across the Baltic countries.

In this role, you will combine strategic thinking, technical understanding of CRM systems, and leadership skills to enhance customer experience and strengthen loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead CRM and loyalty initiatives related to the mobile application
  • Define and implement CRM strategies across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia
  • Manage and support a team of CRM specialists across the Baltics
  • Use customer data and insights to drive engagement and improve loyalty performance
  • Plan and optimize CRM tools, campaigns, and product features
  • Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to enhance mobile app functionality
  • Act as the main contact with the international development partner in Barcelona responsible for developing app features
  • Ensure legal and data compliance of CRM activities in cooperation with the legal team
  • Work cross-functionally with business departments and stakeholders
  • Monitor and improve KPIs related to the loyalty program
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, tools, and innovation
  • Support international CRM projects and initiatives
  • Visit Baltic teams quarterly to ensure alignment and collaboration

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM
  • Experience working with customer data and data analysis
  • Understanding of CRM systems and mobile applications
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams or developers
  • Understanding of retail business and customer engagement
  • Strong business mindset and analytical thinking
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent English
  • Proactive, self-motivated personality
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
