Job Description

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
  • Representing LITAO Consultancy Group on the market
  • Sales and delivery of business development solutions for b2b customers across variety of sectors
  • Controlling and ensuring company revenue growth in Baltic States
  • Visiting business customers in the region and exploring possibilities and needs of business development, exports, branch openings and other activities in China
  • Networking with potential clients and developing long-term relationships
  • Developing and delivering Cross-Border strategies for China market entry, acquisitions and other business needs with teams in Shanghai and Hong Kong
  • Providing help and support to the clients to meet the needs and ensure excellent customer experience
  • Leading negotiations with the clients to help with current and potential challenges
  • Close cooperating with legal, marketing and finance departments to achieve positive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Successful experience in b2b sales (5+ years)
  • Ability to find and follow leads, identify key decision makers and ensure consistent revenue growth
  • Experience in delivering complex b2b solutions would be considered as great advantage
  • Professional knowledge in fields of export, marketing, retail, e-commerce would be considered as great advantage
  • Strong negotiation and B2B sales skills
  • Hubspot or other CRM system experience would be considered as great advantage
  • Persistence and strong result oriented attitude
  • Ability to build relationships and follow prospects
  • Responsibility, interpersonal skills, integrity, strategical and structural thinking
  • Perfect English language skills.
